Staying in America for job or go to Hong Kong

My uncle came to America and was temporarily paralyzed due to an “accident “ and according to their medical insurance, it’s possible to have family to accompany him back to Hong Kong with expenses paid.

I recently got a reply from a job application and they want to have a short screening via a video call. If I land the job, I need to stay (unless it’s long term remote work).

Should I use this as a chance to escape America again, or stay and do the job and take care of parents like I originally planned?

I have a relative who in his 50s moved to China, never having had much of a career, and married a young woman there. They have two kids now, and she being a doctor is the provider of the family. This is a much better outcome than he could have ever hoped for in America, so I would say the outlook is better in China than in America.
That’s not gonna happen to me, as I am not white. The “returning” Chinese Americans are often persecuted by the natives. Plus I am a mainlander mandarin speaker, who are disliked in Hong Kong.
