Hi, I will do it with my boyfriend and our friends for half the price originally specified. We can have a working alpha in ~6 weeks, with a bit more functionality than what you can currently see on https://ruqqus.com. We’ve been working on this our spare time for awhile, so a lot of the initial work is already done. If you like what you see, we can discuss ongoing development, hosting, and pricing.
