This is certainly the case for Asian peoples when it comes to the physical aspects of survival such as knowing how to defend themselves, owning weapons, becoming physically fit and strong, etc because there’s no survival pressure to go that way and as the society collapses and authorities can no long protect them they will die off

Don't bother waiting for breakthroughs. Take steps now. Move out of the city, away from the thugs. Find a decent girl to marry and reproduce. That's really all you can do.

I don’t think there are decent women left on earth. Even the Chinese , Japanese, Indian and Nepali women I met are usually the ones that want money, big houses, likes western hip hop, likes Kpop, wants to party, etc
